- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is typically 15-25 business days after shipment. Please note that free shipping may take longer due to the service used.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in its original, unused condition.
- Include the original packaging and all attached tags.
- Be accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt.
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product once it has been opened or installed:
- Shower Curtains (must be returned in original, unopened packaging to be eligible)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

- Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to our returns address: 56 Tator Patch Road, WILMINGTON, US 28401. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Process
